Business Development Managers for MSME Division
Job Profile of Business Development Manager / Sales Team is:
- Identifying the leads from the existing data base of the company
- Identifying the leads from various market intelligence sources
- Contacting the leads, meeting the concerned , making presentation of the Company / product
- Meeting the monthly target of new business every month
- Follow up for payment of monthly payments by all group members
- Assisting the chit bidders in complying with requirements
- Contacting 3 to 4 new Channel partners for the company and ensure that each CP secures a defined monthly business target.
- Conducting regular reviews and meetings with channel partners
- Assisting collection agents in case of non payment by the chit bidders
- Fine tuning the marketing plans / marketing material and the products in view of the feed back from the leads / market
- Making entries of all leads and contacts in CRM app
